Your SoberSi Guru

Simon has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has a passion for teaching others the benefits of ying yoga styled classes. He runs multiple classes a week to cater for all levels of experience and loves to spread his knowledge and passion for resetting symmetry inside.

Simon also places a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and inclusive environment in every class, where students feel encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Simon's guidance ensures that each student receives personalised attention to help them deepen their practice, improve flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat.

SoberSi stands for Stretching Our Bodies Encourages Resettimg Symmetry Inside but it is also a personal statement as Simon has been sober from alcohol since the 10th of august 2004, hence where Sober Si originated from. Inspiring people to raise their bar and achieve their full potential is a big aim of Simon and his SoberSi classes.

SoberSi has been a real game changer for me, as someone who does pysical exercise often over 5 times a week. It really helps with my recovery and provides balance to my training routine.

I have been attending Simon's classes for around 4 months now. Simon always makes you feel at ease and everyone is welcome regardless of ability. I have noticed a difference personally with weight loss and my body feels more tones. I highly recommend coming along and having a go yourself.

I've been attending SoberSi classes for a few months, and I love how it calms the body, improves flexibility, and clears the mind after stressful days. The mental benefits are just as significant as the physical ones. I highly recommend giving it a try, even if you've never considered it before!

Sober Si has transformed our lives! Simon uses stretching and meditation, and works us to our own body limits making us feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommended.
